“The Directors have performed a going concern assessment, comprising a review of the Company's financial position, future operations and forecasts, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Fexco Corporate Payments Limited, the Company's parent company, has provided a letter of support indicating its willingness to provide financial support to assist the Company in meeting its liabilities to the extent it is not otherwise able to meet such liabilities for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors are satisfied that the Company's financial position provides reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be in a position to meet its liabilities as they fall due. On this basis the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
