Going concern
Material uncertainty disclosed

“We draw attention to note 2.4 in the financial statements, which sets out the position of the Company with respect to going concern. During the period, the Company acquired the trade and assets of Meika Ltd, a company in administration. Whilst the Company works to restructure the acquired business, it has and is forecast to continue to, generated a loss after tax and is reliant on funding provided by its shareholders to continue trading. As stated in note 2.4, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 2.4, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.”
