“The Company's balance sheet shows an excess of current liabilities over current assets amounting to £3,727,000 (2024: £3,801,000). The joint parent Companies, Ockendon Solar Limited and Medebridge Solar Limited, have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of loans advanced to the Company for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements unless the Company has sufficient funds to do so. Having carefully considered the Company's financial position and proposals, the directors consider it appropriate that the financial statements be prepared on a going concern basis.”
