“The directors acknowledge that the Company has negative retained earnings. However, the Company was established to act as a grant and loan facilitator to companies that the wider group conducts business with. The group has provided a letter of support confirming that financial support will be provided to the Company for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts to enable the company to continue its role until such time that sufficient profit is generated to cover the net liabilities. As a result, the directors have prepared the accounts on a going concern basis.”
