“The directors have assessed the impact of current inflationary pressures and staff availability on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Given the track record to date of managing costs, revenues, recruitment and staff retention the directors believe that the future impacts, although uncertain, would be minimal. The company has a business continuity plan in place which is aimed to reduce the impact of any unforeseen events. Based on this assessment Management have a reasonable expectation that the business is expected to remain profitable and generate positive cash flows over the assessment period.”
