The Director has closely monitored and evaluated the economic environment, particularly the impact of rising prices and employment costs on the Company's operational and financial performance. The Director's review of the Company's financial forecasts, and current financial position supports the conclusion that these conditions do not materially threaten the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Director has concluded that the Company will continue to operate on a going concern basis for the next twelve months after the date of signing of the audited financial statements. The Company's sole shareholder being its parent company Blue Earth Capital AG has indicated it will continue to support the Company and provide additional funding if required.”
