Material uncertainty over going concern
The directors have considered the cash flows for the twelve months from the approval of the financial statements and are satisfied that the Company will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The loan notes issued by the Company reach their step-up date in June 2026, at which point there is the option to call the loan notes. In the event that the call option is exercised, the loan notes will be redeemed and the Company will cease to trade. It is too early to determine whether any such course of action will occur as it is dependent on future events, however the possible outcomes mean that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. No adjustments have been made to the balances within these financial statements.
