“The Directors of the Company have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. The assessment was conducted taking into consideration its financial position, liquidity, expected future cash flows, and obligations as at the reporting date. For the financial year ended 31 December 2024, the Company posted a profit after tax of $34.2m and declared a dividend of $35.0m. As at the reporting date, the Company maintains a positive net asset position of $1.8m, supported by long-term time charter contracts secured at favourable rates, providing predictable revenue streams. The Directors are hence of the opinion that it is appropriate to prepare financial statements of the Company on a going concern basis.”

• “In April 2025, several governments, including China-the largest importer of US-origin LPG-announced reciprocal tariffs on US goods following new US trade measures. These tariffs may negatively affect the Company's LPG shipping activities, including a potential reduction in Chinese imports and a decline in profit margins. In May 2025, the US and China agreed to a temporary 90-day reduction in tariffs, with China lowering its tariffs to 10%.”
