“At 31 December 2024 the Company had cash of £1,000, net current liabilities of £406,000, net liabilities of £11,000 and made a loss of £4,000 during the year. The Company's ultimate parent company, Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd, has provided the directors of the Company with a letter confirming that it will provide support to the Company, such that it is able to meet its obligations for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. After making appropriate enquiries and considering the current economic climate, the directors have formed the conclusion that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence and have adequate resources in the foreseeable future.”
