“The Directors have concluded that should there be an economic downturn drastic enough to materially impair revenue receipts from the portfolio of Mortgage Loans, the credit enhancement provided to the Company is sufficient to cover the interest due on the Notes and the expense obligations of the Company for a period in excess of 12 months following the date of approval of the annual report and financial statements. In addition the Company can also use the Liquidity reserve fund to manage any remaining liquidity risk, and that will be able to cover contractual payments due for a least 12 months from the approval date of these financial statements. The Directors are satisfied that the Company will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. For this reason, the Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
