“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. Turnover is wholly generated from transactions with BGF UK Enterprise Fund 2 LP. The investors in BGF UK Enterprise Fund 2 LP have committed a total of £39.4m. As at the date of signing these financial statements £32.7m of this had been drawn leaving £6.7m available to meet the future funding needs of the business. This will enable the Company to continue in operational existence of the foreseeable future by meeting its liabilities as they fall due. Thus, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Annual reports and financial statements.”

- “In April 2025 the US government announced tariffs on all goods imported into the US. An initial review of the exposure to US exports was conducted and determined that the current portfolio should not be significantly impacted by the tariffs. As a result, the General Partner considers any impact on the fair value of investments as at 31 December 2024 to be immaterial. There is still significant uncertainty around how these tariffs will be implemented and what their longer-term impact may be and thus the General Partner continues to monitor the situation.”
