“The Directors have therefore adopted the basis of other than going concern. which is discussed further in note 1. The financial statements have been prepared basis other than that of going concern which the Directors consider to be appropriate following the decision to cease trading in the forthcoming year. Since all the assets and liabilities are measured at their recoverable value, no adjustments were necessary to the valuation of net assets which are included in these financial statements.
