The Company has access to a term facility of £2,000,000 until 1 June 2027 ensuring that the Company has sufficient funding to cover its anticipated funding working capital requirements to 31 December 2026. As part of their review the Directors have performed analysis to ensure the term facility would be sufficient, by preparing a cashflow forecast through to 31 December 2026, and considering a severe but plausible downside scenario. The Directors are satisfied that the lenders have sufficient funds to provide the required funding to the Company.”
