“The directors of the Company are satisfied after appropriate consultation with the directors of the TagEnergy group (the 'group'), and review of the Company's forecasts and projections, and taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance and the current funds available, that the Company is able to operate for at least twelve months from the date of signing of the financial statements. Further, the directors have support from its group holding entity, TagEnergy S.A. and therefore have reasonable expectation that the Company will continue to trade as a going concern, with the support of the parent company, for the foreseeable future and for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
