The Company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on the continued support of its parent company and upon the Company being able to trade profitably in the future. In this regard, the Company has received confirmation from its parent indicating that it will continue to fund its future operations so that it can discharge its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements.”
