“The Financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. The Directors have concluded that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis, having undertaken a rigorous assessment of the financial forecasts, key uncertainties, sensitivities, and appropriate mitigations. The financial forecasts used for the going concern assessment are derived from financial projections for the next twelve months for the Company which have been subject to review and challenge by management and the Directors. The Directors have approved the projections. The Board therefore considers that there is no material uncertainty affecting the ability of the Company to continue in business or meet its liabilities as they fall due for the next 12 months and as such believe it is appropriate to prepare the Financial Statements on the going concern basis.”
