“The financial statements have been prepared using the going concern basis of accounting. The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves and its intercompany agreements with Fortis, LLC, a related party, which includes a research and development services agreement and a revolving credit agreement. Management has performed a going concern assessment and concluded the service fee revenue generated under the research and development services agreement with Fortis, LLC allows the Company to meet its obligations as they come due and continue its operational existence for at least 12 months from the audit report date. Las Vegas Sands Corp., the ultimate parent company, has committed to provide adequate financial support to the Company ensuring that it will be able to satisfy any obligations as they come due.”
