“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing whether the going concern basis is appropriate, the directors have considered the company's current financial position, cash flow forecasts and available financing facilities. The directors have prepared forecasts covering a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on this assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
