“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which contemplates the continuity of normal business activity and the realisation of assets and settlement of liabilities in the normal course of business. The Company's business activities, together with factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position, are set out in the strategic report. Having considered the forecasts of the company, and the availability of further support from the Parent Company, including the disclosures made in the Parent's latest full annual financial report for the year ended 30 June 2025, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
