“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Forecast cash flows of the Group approved by management show positive cash flows into the future. The Directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period of at least 12 months. Management have undertaken an assessment and forecasted cashflows, which contemplates the continuity of normal business activities and the realisation of assets and discharge of liabilities in the normal course of business, and have concluded that the Group can pay its debt as and when they fall due.”
