“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Forecast cash flows of the Group approved by management show positive cash flows into the future. The Directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period of at least 12 months.
