“The directors have carefully considered the impact of wider macroeconomic uncertainty on the Company's financial position, liquidity and future performance. The Company has continued to trade strongly throughout this year and the directors believe that it is experiencing good levels of sales growth. Therefore, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully, together with capital resources obtained from related parties. Accordingly, they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and they believe it is appropriate to apply the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
