“The Directors have reviewed forecast cash flows which reflect the continuation of the higher operational expenditure in the medium-term. The long-term situation is expected to improve as higher maintenance costs lead to improved reliability performance in future. In light of the forecasts prepared, the Directors have at the time of issuing these financial statements, concluded that the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the support of the immediate parent company Enfinium Limited. Enfinium Limited has undertaken to provide support to enable the Company to meet its obligations as they fall due and as a parent undertaking will not seek repayment of amounts advanced to the Company by Enfinium Limited and or other related parties of Enfinium Limited unless adequate alternative financing has been secured, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. As a result, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
