“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis as the Company and the Group have received confirmation from Epic Games, Inc, its ultimate parent undertaking, of its intention to continue to provide financial support to the extent necessary to enable the Company and the Group to continue to pay its liabilities as and when they become due for a period not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Having regard to this intention, the Directors have assessed the Company's and the Group's cash requirements for the same period and have concluded that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company and the Group have adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future”
