“During the financial period, the Company has not traded, received no income and incurred no expenditure. At the financial year end, the Company had net assets of €100 (2024: €100). The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, the validity of this depends upon the continuous financial support of the ultimate parent company who have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of amounts owed until the Company has sufficient funds. The directors have considered the future projection of the Company's performance and believe that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on the going concern basis.”
