“As at 31 December 2024, the Company is showing a net asset position in the financial statements (2023: net asset). The Company has continued to perform in line with the programme documentation and the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue to be able to repay its liabilities as they fall due through its liquid assets and its continued ability to draw down on the liquidity facility provided by Scottish Widows Limited for the foreseeable future. There are certain triggers included in the Transaction Documents to monitor the evolution of the asset risks. Asset performance is regularly monitored against these triggers. In the course of their regular review of risk, the Directors are confident that the triggers remain unbreached and will remain so for at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The Directors have also considered the limited recourse nature of the issued notes. As a result, the Directors are of the view that the Company will continue to be a going concern for at least twelve months from the date of signing of the financial statements and accordingly the Company's financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
