“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis of accounting. The Company charges income based on its costs plus an agreed margin for providing services to affiliate companies. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to implement its growth plans, continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Its immediate holding company also has the resources and desire to continue to support this entity for the foreseeable future. The directors have prepared a financial forecast, which shows profitability and an excess of liquid resources to meet the Company's liabilities as they fall due. Additionally, as part of the Company's business planning process, financial projections have been prepared extending to 31 July 2027 which is at least 12 months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
