“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. Acknowledging the Company's financial position as at 31 March 2025, after reviewing the Company's forecasts and projections, given the continued support and financial position of the Elwood group, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks and has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the signing date of this report. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
