“The Company is expected to remain as a going concern for the foreseeable future. In order to form a view as to the most appropriate basis of preparation of these financial statements, the Directors have assessed the likelihood of whether the Company will be able to continue trading over the foreseeable future versus the likelihood of either intending to or being forced to cease trading and liquidating the Company. As discussed further in the Directors report, the Directors consider that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due until at least 30 June 2026 which is more than 12 months from the date the financial statements have been approved and accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and will have adequate funds available to meet its obligations as they fall due. The Directors are satisfied that the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis due to the ongoing performance of the Receivables and the limited recourse nature of the Notes.”
