Material uncertainty over going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors are confident the Company will continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Directors however note that the loan notes are due to reach their optional redemption date in March 2026. As the optional redemption date falls within the going concern period, it represents a material uncertainty that may cast doubt on the ability of the company to continue as a going concern and it may therefore be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. Management has determined the period over which it has assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern to be up to 30 June 2026.
