“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the Group will continue to trade for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, and will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Following the year end, the Group had a significant cash inflow of £61,999,991 from the issuance of new Series B shares which will enable it to meet its liabilities for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these accounts.”
