“The directors have prepared budgets and forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Considering the future cash flows that are expected to be generated by the Company through its principal activity and the fact that the Directors obtained confirmation from the parent entity about their intention and ability to provide financial support to the Company, the directors consider that the Company is in a position to continue normal operations, and pay its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. As a result, the directors are satisfied that the company has adequate resources to continue operating as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. Therefore, the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.”
