“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates continuity of normal business activities and the realisation of assets and settlements of liabilities in the ordinary course of business. The directors have considered their forecast of future cash flows over a period of 12 months from the issuance of these financial statements and believe that available funds will be sufficient to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Company's immediate parent company, Farfetch UK Limited, has also provided a letter of support, as a means to provide the directors with further confidence that the going concern basis of preparation is appropriate.”
