The significant matter considered by the board of directors for the Company's going concern assessment was the WHOA Restructuring Plan with effective date being 30 June 2023. As at 30 September 2024, the Company's liabilities exceed its assets. However, amounts payable to group undertakings are structured as limited recourse loans, restricting the Company's liability to the fair value of its available assets.
