- “On 24th February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. As of the date of this report, the conflict is ongoing. Although neither the Company nor the Fund it managed have any direct exposure to investments in Ukraine, Russia or Belarus, the Company has been affected by the UK sanctions regime due to its shareholders. On 12th April 2023, the Company's sole ultimate beneficial owner (the "UBO") was designated in the UK under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, as amended ("UK Sanctions Regulations").”
