“The Directors have sought and received a letter of support from Deutsche Post AG, the ultimate parent undertaking, including a commitment to provide funding to enable the company to meet its third party liabilities as they fall due, covering a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Consequently, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
