  We draw attention to note 1.2 to the financial statements which indicates that directors have not decided whether the Group will continue to originate further new loans. In the event that the existing loans are fully repaid, and the Group does not identify any new lending opportunities, the Group will cease to be a going concern. These events and conditions, along with the other matters explained in note 1.2, constitute a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Group's and the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

• “Subsequent to the FY24 year end, Maslow IV and MNIL investor M&G Debt Solutions Fund ("DSF") was wound up, with all remaining capital returned to investors in 2025. Construction delays and operational challenges affecting the two remaining loans within Maslow IV and MNIL (Fulham Palace Road and Green Lanes) required extensions of their respective maturities into 2026, to allow completion of the underlying projects. In this context, Maslow IV and MNIL investor M&G Catalyst Capital Fund ('CCAF') entered into an agreement to acquire DSF's approximately 20% economic interest in Maslow IV and MNIL. There were no other subsequent events to report since year end.”
