“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. Turnover is wholly generated from transactions with BGF UK Enterprise Fund 1 LP. The investors in BGF UK Enterprise Fund 1 LP have committed a total of £41.5m. As at the date of signing these financial statements £33.6m of this had been drawn leaving £7.9m available to meet the future funding needs of the business. This will enable the Company to continue in operational existence of the foreseeable future by meeting its liabilities as they fall due. Thus, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Annual reports and financial statements.”
