“After reviewing the Group's budget and forecasts for 2024/2025 and its medium term plans, the directors have a reasonable expectation that, though there will continue to be a trading loss in the shorter term as the business continues to grow, it will have sufficient funds and cash flows to be able to manage its liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. There are also opportunities for additional funding from within the larger Aforti Holdings SA group for working capital, if required. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
