“At the time of approving the financial statements. the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future given the continued support from Spelthorne Borough Council. The directors feel that this facility is sufficient to enable the company to continue to trade over the next twelve months from the date of signing the accounts. Therefore the accounts are prepared on a going concern basis.”
