“The Company relies on financial support from other parties. The parent company of the Company is a listed business and has the potential to offer further funding. Subsequent to the year end, the Company received an equity injection of €72 million from the parent company. In addition, the Company has a number of external sources it can draw upon for external financing allowing the Company to continue to finance its existing projects, acquire and develop additional projects. The Company has access to the last tranche of €50 million from the Rivage facilities agreement. Moreover, the Company also has a minority shareholder and several strategic partnerships to raise finance at the company and project level. Also the Company has at its discretion the ability to delay projects in case of significant unexpected cash shortfalls. Therefore the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements and the directors are comfortable with the financial statements being prepared on a going concern basis.”
