“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, as stated in the director's responsibility statement. Given the known slow speeds that start-up investments operate from their beginning, at which start-up investment managers raise external assets leading towards a self-sustaining business, the director has allocated sufficient resources to finance the Company for years. Based on the director's assessment, the director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, the director continues to apply the going concern basis.”
