“Based on forecast profits and cash flows, the directors deem that the Company will have adequate financial resources to meet its obligations for the foreseeable future. The Company also has long-term contracts with established clients in place, as well as a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The Company has received a letter of support from Professional Capital HoldCo Limited, a connected entity of a member of the ultimate parent AnaCap Members LLP, who will provide financial support to Equipped Al Limited should they require it to continue as a going concern.”
