“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has received a letter of support from its ultimate parent, CFP Energy Group Ltd., setting out its intent to provide sufficient financial assistance to the Company if and when it is needed to enable the Company to continue its operations and fulfil its currently anticipated financial obligations now and for the period of not less than 12 months from the date of these accounts. The letter notes that such financial support may include: not seeking the repayment of amounts advanced to the Company by the parent unless adequate alternative financing has been secured by the Company; and advancing further amounts to the Company as required by the Company.”
