“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. At the year end, the Company had net current assets of £4,098,290 (2023: net current assets of £2,686,159). The Company remains assured of the financial support by the parent company. The Directors have received confirmation that the parent company will make available sufficient funds to the Company to enable the Company to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the date of signature of the audit report.
