“The directors are continually assessing the going concern of the company and group. During a difficult year in 2023 a cost saving strategy was implemented, which included reshaping of the human resource profile within the company and other cost-saving efforts. This strategy was ultimately successful and has seen immediate benefits with a profitable year in 2024. The directors have prepared detailed profit and loss forecasts for the next 12 months which indicate that the company has adequate cash resources for that period. After considering the potential impact of the above, at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the statutory financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
