Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have considered the forecasts relating to the future performance of the group and company for a period not less than 12 months from the date of these financial statements in assessing whether the group and company will have sufficient funds to pay its obligations as they fall due. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group and company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As a result, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. There was a breach of the loan covenant for the quarter ended March 2024 due to the EBITDA being below the agreed level. The Directors entered discussions with the bank and agreed new covenants in principle pre year end. As such they do not believe a material uncertainty exists. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2021 → FY2021 · period ending 2021-09-30 vs 2021-02-28

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
