Material uncertainty over going concern
Throughout the year and subsequent to it, the Directors have given continued consideration to the viability of the Company. As a result of plans to transfer the land out of the entity, the Directors decided to discontinue the entity due to the fact it will no longer be needed for the purpose in which it is acting. Accordingly, the Directors adopt a basis other than that of going concern in preparing the financial statements.

The land was originally paid for by Energy Isles Limited of which £8,040 is included within amounts due to related parties in the year ending 31 December 2025. On 10 February 2026, the land was transferred to Energy Isles and settled through the netting off of the outstanding creditor balance, with any remaining balance relating to the original land transfer being waived by Energy Isles Limited.”
