“Throughout the year and subsequent to it, the Directors have given continued consideration to the viability of the Company. As a result of plans to transfer the land out of the entity, the Directors decided to discontinue the entity due to the fact it will no longer be needed for the purpose in which it is acting. Accordingly, the Directors adopt a basis other than that of going concern in preparing the financial statements.”
