“The Company has sufficient financial resources and benefits from the continued financial support of the Group. As a consequence, the Directors believe that the Company is well-placed to manage its business risk. With this in mind and having made all reasonable enquiries and having respect to the nature of the Company and its activities, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. For this reason the Directors adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
